Cancellations and Rescheduling

You can cancel your session without charge up to 24 hours in advance by contacting your therapist via phone, email, or the client portal. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a $75 fee not covered by insurance.

Session Rates: Initial Session: $150 (53-60 minutes) Follow-up Sessions: $125 (60 minutes) Couples/Family Therapy: $150 (60 minutes) Sliding Scale (Pre-Licensed Clinician): $85 (60 minutes) Sliding Scale (Intern Therapist): $55 (60 minutes) Consulting: $200 per hour Clinical Supervision: $100 per hour

Payment is due at the end of each session. For those with financial constraints, we offer reduced-fee spots. Contact us for more information.

We gladly accept commercial insurance from most BCBS plans, Highmark, Cigna, United Health Care/UBH/Optum, Keystone Health Plan East, Independence Administrators, Independence Blue Cross, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, AmeriHealth/AmeriHealth Administrators, EAP, and Compsych. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept state-funded insurance at this time.
